Bought flexibility option from singapore to sydney round trip. For the return leg, we wanted to fly on a later date. We followed their "quirky" instructions published in their website, which advised us to make changes online and take pictures of the changes (which was really weird). We proceeded to do so about 3 weeks before the original return date. Nearing our departure date, we found out that our return leg was reflected as "no-show". We immediately called to enquire, the call center could not help but asked us to send an email via their website. Be warned that they do not have reminder service for departures. Therefore, we did not know the change did not take effect. A reply email to inform that they would investigate, this was since late Feb 2015. They did not honor it and their customer service is really bad and rude. Its fruitless to follow their instructions to wait for their investigation result as to date, there was no response. Called the call center several times, their responses are scripted and are absolutely unhelpful if not untrue. Terrible. This was my first time travelling with Scoot and will be the last time. Avoid them as they will cause much grief.
