Economy Class

The food was awful. A choice of only two options - both meat. I chose the pasta because it wasn't chicken (which would not be free range) and it was so salty I could not eat it. I find the food, generally, is pretty awful. The crew did not collect my tray or the tray of the person next to me, when everyone else's was. I let a stewardess know they still had not been collected when she came by collecting rubbish. She didn't take them but said that they would be collected shortly. No-one collected them. By this time, I and the person next to me were desperate to get to the toilet. I called a stewardess - unfortunately getting the same one and said we wanted to go to the toilet - please take away the trays! She said the toilets were busy but grudgingly, it seemed, finally took away the trays. Really disappointing "customer service". EDITORS COMMENT: If you require a special meal i.e. no meat then you need to contact the airline at the time of booking to arrange this
