Thai Airways International review by victor 2017-03-06

i travel 3 times per year melbourne to bkk, sometimes with family. Used to be good airline but not now. Food is a disgrace sometimes cannot eat. the thai service and smile has gone. Seats are cramped and hard. Often to save money they bus you out to and from the plane, they cannot tell you before so that i can order a wheel chair. If one of their opposition would fly direct i would the first to change airlines
