Air France review by Dado 2015-08-03

Round trip from Detroit to Paris with the family. The flight to Paris was on time and orderly. However, the seats in the economy were the least comfortable of any seats on a trans-Atlantic flight I ever had. There was less space than you get on short regional jet flights in the US. On the way back, AF decided to give away our seats and scatter our family around the economy cabin. This meant that two of my young children that were anxious about the flight in the first place would have to spend 8 hours surrounded by strangers. The gate agent treated us with a perfect combination of ignorance and arrogance, claiming that it was our fault for not checking in on time. Despite the fact that we were connecting from another air france flight and thus it was impossible for us to show up at the gate any earlier. It was an infuriating experience. Never again!
