The worst customer service after valuable items were stolen from my luggage while in the possession of Vietnam Airlines. Also massively over priced for planes that are in need of internal modernisation. To quote Sophie Reed from Vietnam Airlines at Gatwick on why it had taken her a month to reply negatively to my enquiry about all items of any value being stolen from my luggage while in the possession of VA- "This is something I do not have a lot of time for currently as not only do I look after our actual flight operation at Gatwick I am also in the process of moving and setting up our entire operation from London Gatwick to London Heathrow and spending a lot of time away from my desk and at meetings." To which I responded "this beautifully describes how poorly staffed and badly managed Vietnam Airlines operations and customer service are" They then decided to tell me about 'VN policy which states that if a passenger does not fill out a PIR (Property Irregularity Report).......' a month and a half after my initial enquiry. Don't fly with VN if you have a choice, if you have to, thoroughly check your bags upon arrival at the airport
