Ryanair review by Kim 2016-10-04

We missed our flight due to our car breaking down and the staff were so helpful getting us on the next flight the next morning. We had booked a flight the following evening as there appeared to be no seats left on the morning flight but there were in the end and they refunded our purchased flight and just charged us the 100 per person to get on the next one. Ryanair receive such bad feedback for not being helpful that I felt I had to set the record straight and provide good feedback on how helpful their staff really are.
