Air Transat review by Liam 2016-10-24

I recently took a return flight from London Gatwick to Vancouver, Canada with Airtransat and overall found the service to be very good. The flight cost was hundreds of pounds cheaper than competitors and I was very happy with the service. I found all the cabin crew staff to be courteous and professional. We were given a soft drink/tea/coffee etc and snack an hour after take off. An hour or two later a choice of options from their cafe menu (I had the Sushi) which was very nice & wine/drinks were offered. Later during the flights more tea/soft drinks About an hour before landing a final snack of banana loaf and tea/coffee. I had no complaints, and was pleasenlty surprised - wanted to say a few good words of thanks and gratitude having being a bit scared myself reading the reviews the night before flight
