On a recent flight on Scoot, my baggage got lost, during Transit at Singapore. I had paid $40 for their service called 'Scoot-thru', wherein one's baggage is checked through if you are connecting to another flight. So the least one would expect if your baggage gets lost, is that they return the charge I paid for the checked in baggage service. But instead of getting anything in return the letter states that the fact I got my baggage after a few days means that they have delivered the service. So with no heed to the inconvenience caused I am another delightful profit provider. I really liked Scoot till now, moving forward i am not sure. EDITORS COMMENT: yeah that's a bit wrong!! They should refund that really
