Thai Airways International review by Barbara 2014-01-14

Very disappointed in both service and consideration while travelling with this airline . Flight was from Melbourne -Bangkok in a Boing 777 .Staff and aircraft were fine to begin with and then we struck severe turbulence half way across Australia on route . Staff were far from concerned for our welfare at the time. Didn't come near us at all in our section which was economy . Pilots didn't let us now what had happened and if there was to be a repeat of these conditions . After a less than happy calm flight I was glad to depart the flight in Bangkok . Seats were quite hard ,food was alright . Inflight entertainment was good. Night flight so given a comfort pack with a blanket etc. My biggest complaint was the way our incident was handled As a result I wont be flying with this airline again
