Philippine Airlines review by Paul 2016-01-08

I was flying from toronto to manila with this airline , there was a stop over at vancouver airport for about 1hr to pick up the rest of the passangers. I had decided to pay the $5000 ticket for the business class for the comfort as it is a long flight. The staff were rude and unattentive. I had asked for water 2 times before i recieved it without an apology. Here is what really upset me i was sitting beside a filipino fellow passanger as i myself am not a filipino and one of the crew started to serve fish as part of a appertizer he offered to the guy next to me and then he completely ignored me and never served me, i was offended and shocked as he offered to everyone else but me. I saw this as racist and rude. I can only imagine what the service in coach would be like the way i was treated in business class. Very poor service and would never fly with them again.
