Economy Class

Took a flight from Montreal to Venice via Amsterdam. Arriving at Venice, my luggage got lost. At the airport, they mentioned another flight comes in the afternoon and I will get my luggage before 18:00. At 19:00, called KLM, told me that I got the wrong information and that KLM has 24 hours to get my luggage. I explained I had a business meeting and that I cannot go to that meeting without my business clothes, asbolutely no solution has been offered and that I won't get it before the next day. Finally it arrived at 22:00. KLM person's first question was: are u a frequent or elite KLM flyer, guess I should have said yes to get my luggage on time. Sent a claim to the customer service after my return, never got any answer
