Jetstar review by Kate 2016-10-12

Caught Jetstar JQ906 today. The boarding gate was changed at last minute and when we arrived at 2105hrs, we then had to sit on the Tarmac for 40mins due to another plane arriving before us. Then we had to wait until 22:15hrs to get our luggage when we were meant to land and be gone by 2115hrs. We had people waiting just over an hour to pick us up and had work at 0530hrs the following morning. Unacceptable and certainly not the first time this has happened with Jetstar. Worst airline ive ever flown with. Never flown without issues with them.
