Economy Class
When my flight company merged with American Airlines they changed my flight times. When I got my new times they were not satisfactory and when I tried to change it they were very nasty and not very helpful and changed my flight to another time I can't do. When I tried to change it they wanted me to pay $200 to change it. Not happy at all.I even payed extra for flight insurance.
