Economy Class

over 6 hours total delay time in four flights over a three day period. The ground staff came to anounce the delay at belgrade airport in serbian and she just left. i went to ask her what she said and then she said it in english....lost my baggage, help desk was not even answering for hours...then they told me the godly "its not our problem" ....baggage seems gone
