1st class service 1st class flight but i find it difficult to except the additional charge of £77 each , each-way to reserve my seats after paying for business class although this service is free 24 hours before the flight but in reality most seats had gone 3 days before the flight there were 4 of us traveling together so an extra £600 plus to reserve seats after paying for business class was a bitter pill to swallow to put this all into context there was one couple traveling in business class who had not paid to prebook seats had to stand in the toilet area and wait till everybody had boarded then the 2 remaining seats were there's.It is a pity BA have ruined an excellent service with shear greed in attempting to extract every last penny from there premium paying customers in effect BA will now not be my preferred carrier.
