Jetstar review by E 2015-06-25

I travel regularly from Auckland to Australia. This is the first time I booked economy flights return from Auckland to Melbourne with Jetstar. Jetstar have contacted me to say both my flights were re-scheduled. Going to Melbourne they can only offer 2 alternative flights. Option 1- I had to take a day off work (at my expense) or option 2 - I would miss the event that I was actually travelling for! Told them that was ridiculous but they could not offer me anything else. I requested 100% refund due to their ridiculous re-scheduling, but I have only been refunded the amount without their booking fee. So I have paid them to waste my time!! NEVER BOOKING WITH THEM AGAIN.
