I flew with EasyJet with my husband and 2 children in July travelling from Manchester to Turkey. Our flight experience was amazing. We contacted Easyjet before our holiday to advise that our son who is autistic was to have his 13th birthday whilst we were on holiday and asked if it would be possible to meet the pilots as he loves aircrafts. The response we received was amazing. Before our holiday my son received an easyjet model aircraft. On arrival at the airport our check in was handled efficiently. Once boarded, we were taken directly into the cockpit to meet the pilots who had especially taken the time to go on board early to complete pre flight checks so they could spend time with us where my children had a unique experience of a lifetime, my son enjoyed this more than he did his actual holiday!. The flight attendants on board were amazing given the flight was busy with a lot of children on board. Our return journey was equally fantastic. Once we returned from our holiday Easyjet went out of their way to send my son and daughter a further model airplane and teddy and telephoned us to make sure we were happy with our experience. Cannot thank Easyjet enough - FANTASTIC!!
