Once you get past the bright green uniforms, the Aer Lingus staff are amazing. The airline had excellent customer service, with the check-in staff barely batting an eyelid when our luggage came in over-weight. The flight was comfortable with on-board entertainment and typical plane food (neither here nor there.) Would highly recommend the airline again
