My mother passed away and I was unable to fly. TAP Portugal refused to give me a refund. This airline is a scam and I'd never fly with them. This should be a crime. No kind of compassion and just money driven. EDITORS COMMENT: It's very sad the reasons you were no longer able to fly but unfortunately if you are on any airlines non flexible fare i.e. the cheapest fare then there is no refund no matter what the reason. You will find this is the rule for every airline offering a non flexible more attractively priced fare.
