Absolutely no problems with KLM on a recent trip to Amsterdam. Staff were friendly, we arrived ahead of schedule (despite being diverted to an alternative runway, as a result of poor weather). The return flight went even more smoothly. I have already booked to go to Paris and New York with them later this year.
