My flights on Qantas were fantastic. The first one was from Melbourne to L.A and the second one was the connecting from L.A to New York. The first flight was delayed and we were worried about catching the next one. Surprisingly, they waited for us and even sent s/o after us!!! I think Qantas has the most important feature;caring about their passengers.
