So i originally booked my flight online and a day after i called the company to gt some info regarding baggage, since i assumed at the time that every airline is different. I go into the airport literally AN HOUR before my flight and once i got to the check in desk and they said that the flight was about to leave within the last 20 minutes, and I am over here frustrated because i made sure to arrive super early so i don't miss check in. So they charged me a LATE fee and on top of that they were charging me for my CARRY-ON bag when it came with my flight, and not only that but they check in person was being so rude to us in general and willing to help us or give us some clarification about everything when i asked. and to top everything off, I was having a major panic attack and my brother tried to seek some help from the employees and absolutely no help.. will never recommend this to anyone.
