Showed up for our flight to Cebu and the kiosk was only giving us error messages so we went to wait in line. We reached the ticket counter and they rudely said we are now too late and lost our money. We went and bought another round of tickets for $500 and it was delayed 3 hours. We got on the plane and sat for at least 30-45 minutes with no AC and no offer of water. Then finally the warm water came but was not free.
