Absolutely hopeless and would never book with them again. I booked a ticket for my daughter to come visit Sydney to Singapore return. Contacted customer service to book as she is 17 yrs old, asked if she would need a letter as an "unaccompanied minor" and they said yes. At Sydney airport they refused her to travel as she was unaccompanied and as of September 2016 rules had changed that passengers had to be over 18 unless travelling with an adult (ticket was booked in November 2016). I have been now waiting over 10 weeks to receive a refund and keep getting the run around. Unbelievable bad service and would never recommend or travel with them again.
