I have traveled sydney to hyderabad through scoot on 10 dec. I have received email and SMS saying that there is 3 hours flight delay due to technical issue and flight started 3.5 hours late in sydney. By the time i reached singapore my hyderabad flight check in is closed and tiger ground staff booked me next flight which is after 24 hours. There is no accommodation nor compensation offered as flight delay was less than 4 hours. I have to pay my accommodation and food and wait 24 hours in singapore transit hotel. I have traveled next day to hyderabad and to my surprise my checked in baggage didn't arrive. I paid scoot thru and they are supposed to transfer my luggage to my next flight. I have written a complaint in hyderabad airport and left. till today i didn't recieve any call from ground staff about my luggage. i have tried 50 time to the numbers provided on PIR. Phone is either engaged or disconnected after few rings. Not sure what should i do now to get ac my luggage.
