Philippine Airlines review by don 2013-09-30

we booked for our holidays and haven't even left yet, we leave in 3 months and have already received three flight changes. we have connector flights on PAL and they don't even bother to check the connector before they screw with your schedule. the first of the changes was a cancelled flight and they moved us from a kalibo to manila flight at noon to the 7pm flight... but our connector on the same airline from manila to vancouver leaves at 5pm so I had to call and waste and hour on the phone to get them to change the flight so we could make our connector. WORST airline I haven't even flown with... never again
