Philippine Airlines review by Edward 2016-11-28

2 flights today with Philippines Airlines. The first was delayed by 1 hour because the plane did not arrive on time. For the connecting flight, I was given out to by the desk attendant for being late and that it was a big deal to try get me to terminal 2 on time. I was rushed there, only to find out the system for immigration was down and I was not allowed to board. Rescheduled for later flight...that then delayed by 2 hours...no information given, so frustrating
