I've got anniversary my wife birthday(60 years),and 18/05/16 I've booking return flights to Phuket on 6 nights with Airasia. Time of delay was 28 hours!!! For this time we are got only $10 voucher,and nothing also!!! It was horrible disaster for all passengers: sleeping on the floor,cried and more.... Whole holiday was . I have to reorganise different flights,and rebook hotel after.When I fill up e-form ,they rejected refund. Now I have to inform about this case to television issue on channel 7 for further investigation. Why the treated passengers like "live stock" animals for our money???
