NEVER fly with scoot. I booked a ticket almost 1.5 years ago (the flight was April 2015, I was physically unable to fly anymore with 3 medical certificates/letters clearly explaining why I could not fly.. contact them again in October 2016 asking them whats going on they said they sent me a voucher. Never got it, I checked ALL my inbox's so I asked them to re send, they did, tried to book a ticket. What do you know it's expired!! I have been emailing them ever since. They say "needs to go to headquarters to be approved" been hearing this since day 1! . it is now December 13th and I'm on the phone telling them to send me a NEW voucher so I can spend my $700 that I paid them on something useful. Now they are telling me the voucher re newal needs to be approved. I am not leaving the phone until this is 100% sorted tonight! This is a joke and I will NEVER fly with scoot (other than getting what I already paid for back) I will also tell EVERYONE I know to NEVER fly with scoot.
