In order: - Delayed, then Cancelled Flight - Terrible Phone Service - Foreced to take a later flight to Iceland - Stranded in Iceland airport for 8 hours - Missed two events and not reimbursed - Was told I would be given a cab to get to my hotel at the destination airport but no one was working the Icelandair desks or kiosks when I arrived - End up having to take a $50 cab to my hotel and still have no been reimbursed for it
