American Airlines review by Makram

This is the worth airline I have ever experienced in my entire life , they hold you up at the gate and demand payments for carry on luggage and threaten you that you are going to miss your flight and you would never get on the flight if you do not pay them their illegal charges for carry on luggage , the only way to deal with them is to avoid them at any cost . I took the flight 5787 from Mazatlan to DFW , it was a nightmare dealing with their employees at the gate who are trained to use any thing to robe the passengers in the last minute.
