Airline delays are inevitable. But there is a way to handle delayed flights that is both courteous and respectful to the passengers in which they delay. As a frequent flyer of multiple different airlines, please hear me when I say that delta has lost all of my confidence. In the past 2 months I have flown delta 7 times. 2 of which I was forced to check my one carry on, which when returned, was mutilated. If only this app allowed for pictures... The most recent fun with delta was on a flight from TPA to ATL, this flight was delayed 2 hours, attendants made no attempts to help dozens of passengers arrange earlier departures and made connecting ATL flights within 20 minutes of arrival. The delayed flight left even later then expected from TPA and arrived late to ATL, still having 12 min I ran from B34 to B11, made it to the gates at 4:19p for the 4:30p departure and they shut the door. The attendant sneers the connecting flight had been moved up to depart at 4:25p. When I begged for an earlier departing flight then 6:09p to CMH, the attendant pushes her manager in front of me who's only comment was "there is nothing I can do for you". She adds, "good luck finding an earlier flight",
