Seat back avod. Food and service very poor. Crew response to any questions was one of disinterest. Crew on return flight from Shanghai were rude and were very annoyed (and let you know it) if you left your seat during the flight (the seat belt sign was off) to use the toilet and don't dare ask for a glass of water. They were way too busy sitting down outside the galley doing nothing. In contrast, domestic flights were all good. Usual economy seating and food service reflected time of day/duration. Verdict... if you don't care about service or food on your international flights and only worry about the cost, fly them. Otherwise, choose someone else! This was my first trip with MU and would not recommend flying them!
