Customer service is extremely poor on Thai. Apart from the mandatory meal and after meal service, flight attendants didn't make too much of an effort to be helpful. I was travelling with a small baby and needed to visit the kitchen a few more times than usual. I actually felt uncomfortable asking for water or snacks as the staff congregated in their designated spots and gossiped ignoring clients. One flight attendant even yelled "I'm busy!" to me face and drew the curtains shut. Will not recommend this airline. Check in and baggage delivery was fine. A real disappointment given Thailand is a country of warm, hospitable people.
