I, after reading the reviews on this website about CEA, have concluded that the problem is, the crew and some aircraft. I have had no problems with these, being of Chinese ancestry and fluent in Mandarin;Cantonese, Shanghainese and English. The crew were as friendly as any when I boarded, greeting me and telling me where my seat was politely. The seat was perfectly fine, and being on an Airbus A330 aircraft with 2-4-2 layout there was enough space for everyone. I am 6 foot 1, and legroom was good enough. Entertainment was fine The food however, wasn't as good. The rice and vegetables were okay, but the meat was horrifying. It was something that was either beef or chicken floating in brown sauce. The ice cream served was nice though. Conclusion: considering I paid $540 (Adult) return from Sydney to Beijing on he exact dates I wanted, it was excellent value for money
