I am not certain why I am not allowed to mention, the 5hr delay on the way over, the fact they lost my brother's suitcase and the 4hr delay on the way back and that they lost my suitcase, my brother's and my mother's. It has been two days and counting now since my return, and no help from KLM to recover my luggage. They seem to be in no hurry at all. Furthermore, their airport customer service staff were less than friendly. It was very obvious they couldn't care less about your luggage or its whereabouts. They also didn't want to help file a report to request compensation, because that would obviously cost the airline money. I am Dutch and I feel ashamed to call this airline our country's 'national/royal' airline. Absolutely appalling in every single way. Would never in my life fly again with them. I have flown around the world and have never lost baggage nor been treated in this way. Even by the cheap airlines!
