Carriers were new . Food on bord excellent. Fly attendants smiling and speak fairly good english. A little delay on departure/arrival, but it did not caused me any trouble. Passport control in Moscow was fast. Easy transfer. The lounge was overcrowded and a little dirty. Food quality average. Seats on board very comfortable and excellent entertainment program. I will definitely fly again also considering the excellent connections flying from Venice to Vietnam. Finally the crew on board showed they really care for their company and did their best to satisfy passenger.
