On my flight from Singapore to Melbourne, the air steward was very kind. He took the initiative to help passengers stow their belongings in the overhead locker. When he heard that I had fallen before I got on board, he got me some water. I have taken many flights on full-services airlines and it is not often that I see passengers receiving such attentive help. Thanks Yuxiang!
