Very disappointed with Singapore Airlines during our recent return trip to and from the UK. Firstly Pre Organised Special Meal was not given on the return trip, and when I enquired Cabin Crew denied the request was received when it had been specifically pre ordered. No alternatives were offered. Also we were not informed Upstairs Economy was not available on the return trip as we specifically booked due to my husbands Physical Disability. Water must have been rationed as we only received half plastic cups when we requested, particularly overnight. Have flown many thousand of miles with Singapore Airlines and we are very disappointed. Now looking at other Airlines for our next international trip. EDITORS COMMENT: oh half glasses of water are very annoying - fill it up I say so we don't have to keep asking for it.
