This airline leaves a lot to be desired,, boarding was a joke and so disorganised, hopeless, I could not pick my seat which I was told I could, but had to wait till I checked in online 48 hours prior to departure, so not much of a choice to choose from seats were definitely too small for a long haul flight Hong Kong to Sydney,,, Jetstar Australia have better seats on their cheap internal flights, meals were sub-standard, the service wasn't too bad but still not what I am used to, so all in all not a good airline to fly with, I have to use my return ticket as there is no refund, (but most airlines are the same) if I could get a refund I would cancel and fly with someone else,, but I will never fly with them again,, ever no way they would have to do a lot more to impress me. EDITORS COMMENT: Heaps of airlines don't let you check in more than 48 or even 24 hours before - this is more common than not unless you are paying to reserve a seat.
