Air France review by Cee 2016-08-30

I traveled on Air France from Paris to Conakry on August 29, 2016. Not a great experience. Air France quality has declined badly. Poor customer service seems to be the norm for some flight attendants. One of the female flight attendants was incredibly rude and insulting. There was a male flight attendant who was very pleasant, helpful and unfailingly polite, so kudos to him, but the woman was so bad that she gives French people a bad name in the world. The plane was an airbus with an outdated entertainment system, the kind with the huge boxes in the foot space under the seat so there is barely room for your feet. That is obnoxious enough, but to have to deal with no underseat space and then also have the screen on my device be so washed out that it was not possible to read the words and watching a movie would have been horrible. The seats were also narrower and thus not very comfortable.
