Air Transat review by Val 2017-02-17

A direct flight was the only advantage of flying air transat. The seats are small, shoulder to shoulder. The AC was poor at best. The flight attendants were hurried and unfriendly, probably because they are too busy. It was a very long time to wait for water or refreshments. There is no entertainment unless you brought an i pad, and downloaded the app before you boarded. I was told when I booked the flight, that I couldn't upgrade to business class because these seats did not even exist on this particular "air bus". Imagine my surprise when I found out that, indeed, there was a business class, and that it wasn't even full. I will avoid this airline in the future, I saved for three years for this vacation, and was very disappointed with the airline, but thankfully Las Brisas Huatulco was wonderful.
