Vietnam Airlines review by George 2016-09-23

Pathetic... Bought a business class ticket from HCMC to Tokyo, waited in line for 20min while they cleared out 50-60 economy passengers. Irony was my line was "Sky Priority". Last trip the plane left over an hour late, in spite of the flight originating in HCMC, basically they had to replace planes and in spite of being a major hub at a smallish airport it took well over an hour to accomplish. Lounge was bad, food/drink was worse. Price of the ticket was reasonably low so I guess I got what I paid for... Vietnam Air you stink!
