Gatwick, UK to Dublin,Ireland, July 2013, I had a problem printing my ticket at my London hotel, and when I presented at Gatwick I received every courtesy I could have hoped for from the ground staff. In total contrast to the tales I had heard about overly officious and overy strict ground staff, I found everything to be pleased with. I will choose Ryan Air any time I can. I simply obey the rules, and I cop it sweet when I transgress. The airline offers everything I seek : no unnecessary frills, and prices to suit my budget.
