Extremely rood Chief Stewardess on board the flight 3696 Barcelona - Brussels. She was shuffeling luggage without even bother to ask to whom they belong and crumbeling other people jackets, like their belong to her. Once she kindly asked not to crumble the jackets, she replied in extremely rood manner "I can because I'm alowd to do so!" Outcome, my jacket was dirty from other luggage wheels and dameged!! My last flight with Brussesls Airlines definitelly.
