We they organised a flight to KL and onto Cambodia. We had flown with AirAsia in the pass with no problem, but this time we had dramas from day one. First, our flight was changed without notice from Sydney to KL without notice. The change was due to our second leg of our flight was cancelled. We were staying the night in KL anyone, so we would have been happy to take the later flight to Cambodia the next day. We had spent over two hours on the phone to AirAsia with no resolution. We had lodged a claim for a refund over 40 days ago, with no response. Our next drama came when we were flying back. We arranged a stop over through KL, but AirAsia does not allow you to leave the airport. We had done this before with no drama. Since AirAsia had increased there prices, they have reduced customer service.
