i flew to Krakow from Stansted with my 15 year old son. when I tried to check in online it was not possible as theyhad us both as adults so I couldn't enter my sons correct year of birth. It took hours of calls and stress to correct. then although most seats were available at the time we were allocated seats at opposite ends of the plane. I had to pay extra to sit together with my son. The flight to Krakow left on time and was ok except for the high price of refreshments. return flight was delayed by about an hour.not too bad except they were in such a hurry to get us on board they didn't load any food or drink..we were all offered a plastic cup of water and that was it!
