Horrible customer service. Unfriendly and unhelpful staff in Athens sending me from one person to another. Kiosks to print boarding passes in Athens are the worst and user unfriendly. I missed my flight regardless the fact I was in the airport over 2 hours before for the flight from Athens to Santorini. I would recommend to stay away from this airline. The savings are not worth aggravation at all. I have to purchase another tickets for next flight on Aegean.
