My first and last for Malindo really, I tried to check in online but it doesn't available for a reason, when I reached airport and the queue are very long and i know that i am late and was half and hour before boarding, so I asked the staff whether there are express line to check in as i don't have check in luggage, and without asking for details and he just ask me to queue and when I reached the check in counter the Malindo air ground staff just told me that I am late and my colleague is same flight with me and he came early so he is in the boarding area and he told me the flight is not ready to board and after 20min he still calling me, I really disappointed with Malindo airline why can't they work and considerate with thier customer? Always give and excuse that they are follow company SOP? Come on we are human being, don't work like a machines.
