Terrible experience Flights schedules changed multiple times resulting in missed connection. Inflight customer service non existent. Airport customer service one step ahead for being terrible. An ultimate rudeness and impoliteness. B777 which I flew v old and a shame for Boeing that they have such aircrafts flying. Literally soiled seats with old configurations of aircraft. Worst of all, no cabin sanitizing or air treatment since there was a string unpleasant odour. Airport is a disaster especially if you get allergy from unhygienic aircraft , there is no pharmacy, you can't even find some strepsils or lozenges. In short avoid this even if you want to go fromA to B free of cost.
